Buddha Bear

No search for meaning,
No harmful words on the tip of his tongue,
Curious and open to the myriad things arising,
Seeing through lush eyelashes of a child,
Bear sees clearly and allows joy to fill his heart?

The depth of field manages to make the images appear uncertain and yet there they are;
the eye of Bear, a young animal and the seated Medicine Buddha.

You may at first focus on just the animal or the seated Buddha.And, yet, as you stay with the piece each image seduces you to look back and forth making it a dubious focus.

You search for something.
